I bought it 1 year ago, and it needs to be checked due to impairment in its work, the company is very bad in post sell services, they don’t reply to my emails or solve my problems. I hate this product.
Really it is useless to buy because company is squeezing money. Maintainence cost per year would be around RS 10,000/ and cost of system is 15,000/.
I have purchased one KENT PEARL WATER PURIFIER in January/ 2018..it was assured that free service would be given..When contacted the service people arrived and told that all the filters to be changed immediately. As per company theory the filter after running of 700 hours will give signal and then also it will perform for 60 hours. Nothing happened. Given death certificate. Taken up the issue with company but by giving only pre-typed paragraph they responded..most unprofessional approach. I have been asked RS 6000/ per year as AMC. But now company is telling RS 2500/.is AMC cost. I am from Kolkata. Above all please note that to use this system u will have to spent recurring expenses at the tune of RS 10,000/ per year and cost of the system is around 15,000/.
So intending purchasers r advised to check prior to purchase and keep mental preparation to use this system, in particular, as use and throw arrangement.
its useless to buy Kent RO. Maintenance cost -2500Rs, Filter and other parts to be replaced about 3000 per year.

It all depends on the quality of water you’re getting at your home. But typically you can take like 2500 per year.
I bought Kent Grand purifier around 6 months back. And till now I have faced no problems at all. This is an amazing product with good features and quality. The water is pure and tastes good. I would give 9/10 to Kent Grand.
