Doesn’t let you take out water without electricity.
Not durable at all, service engineer has visited 8 times in past 2 years
Better take AMC worth 5.5k for each year instead of paying 2.5k for parts replacement each visit
Worst of all – Zero support from AOSMITH company, everything is in hands of local service centre, company just provides call center. I have raised issues like of faulty leaky filters which start leaking in 3 months, but the company doesn’t give any resolution they just send complaints to service center which is just one within complete NCR. God knows whether parts are made like this or whether service center is selling us subpar duplicate filters
