Purification Process of Aquaguard Geneus 7L Water Purifier
The multi-stage purification process in Aquaguard Geneus is described as below:
Stage 1 – I-Cartridge
This is the first stage in which the inlet water is fed to the I-Cartridge. It removes very fine suspended particles such as dust, mud, dirt as well as sand from the water.
Stage 2 – Chemi-block
Chemi-block plays an important part in reducing excess chlorine and other organic impurities such as pesticides. It also removes bad taste and odor from the water by absorbing them.
Stage 3 – Electronic Membrane Life Enhancer
It prevents the scaling of dissolved salts. Scaling refers to the mineral deposits composed mainly of calcium and magnesium found in hard water. Thus, it enhances the membrane life and improves water flow.
Stage 4 – Reverse Osmosis Cartridge

Dr Aqaguard Geneus + purchased for nearly 22,000 rupees and AMC for Rs.6,000/- per year. In this covid time no service available. Since March, 2020 we are using a candle filter for drinking water. What is the use of AMC if no service in this top summer period? Another drawback is they do not change the cartridges. They just beat them and go. The more interesting drawback of this machine is sufficient pressure of water is required otherwise it won’t work. Naturally in summer there is a shortage of water. Service personnel visits only for namesake that too from 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm wastage of whole day waiting for them. No doubt, a costly affair with more suffering added bad service.
Very worst service. No use of putting AMC just waste of money. They just come to repair and loot money. Yearly I am spending ₹7000 for this product. No sincere service also. Just money minded.
