I am sharing my worst experience of Eureka Forbes with you. Please read this, if someone is planning to purchase Eureka Forbes product.
I think this is “USELESS PRODUCT & SERVICES”
I am from Bangalore. I purchased Dr genius Aquaguard by salesperson Mrs. Navya and I am not satisfied with the product & its services. After the installation of this product, This product is not working on its commitment. For that I had a call with the service center several times and raised the complaint according to this, the issue will be get resolved as per 24-48 hours. But I am not getting a positive response. I am fully disappointed by the services, sales, and seniors. I tried a lot (25-30 times) but Service center people are not responding. Due to which I am fed-up with the product and its services(Eureka Forbes)
I think this is “USELESS PRODUCT & SERVICES”.Product cost is around Rs.26000 /-. This has really made me “FOOL” So I will recommend you guys don’t take this product. When I call to Various departments (Sales, Service) in this company. I was shocked when I heard a different commitment from different departments, this means the internal team is not in sync. They are not ready to refund this product or to replace. So I request you all, please be alert before purchasing the Eureka Forbes product.

Dr.aquaguard plus is a worst purifier because of its frequent breakdown
In my view we should choose a RO which may give free service for long time.i just heard about kent giving four year free service.
I want to know which is best water purifier with less yearly maintenance
