I had purchased the latest version of the kent UV + RO water purifier on 12/6/2019 under a warranty of 4 yrs. Since last 15 days, I am noticing some insects entering the water tank of this water purifier. So I am not able to use the water stored inside the water purifier’s tank. It’s too upsetting to face this situation as I trusted ur well-publicized brand & purchased this purifier worth Rs. 17,500/- but I am extremely disappointed after getting such different insects inside the water stored in the tank of this purifier. I have all the evidence and planning to go to consumer court against this company.
